My ESET license come to an end. How to buy a renew license ?

To renew your ESET license, either you contact your local reseller (you can find one here) and give him your ESET username, either you go to our online shop, here.

What type of renew license have I to acquire?

You have to buy the renew license which correspond to your old one. For example, if you have a NOD32 ESET license for 3 users, so you have to buy an ESET renew license for 3 users.

I bought a renew license. What's next?

You have now a new serial number, you have to register it by clicking here. You'll have to fill your new serial number, your old username, your name and your email adress. You'll receive new username and password few hours after.

How to change my license codes after buying a renew license?

Once you received your new codes, open your ESET product window, click on Setup, then username and password Setup for Update. Then, enter your new codes.
